Allora....passato bene il fine settimana? Qui un caldo pazzesco e io ho pure pensato bene in questi giorni di fare la marmellata!!!!! Mi hanno regalato un sacco di prugne buonissime e bio e quindi in qualche modo dovevo pure usarle. In più volevo sperimentare la nuova macchina del pane che non avevo mai usato in altri modi diversi se non per fare il pane!!!! Ecco gli ingredienti per 4 vasetti da 125 ml (io ne ho fatti 8 facendola due volte):
- 600 gr di prugne lavate, sbucciate e snocciolate
- 200 gr di zucchero di canna
- il succo di mezzo limone
- una mela
- un pizzico di cannella
Ho preparato le prugne e le ho messe nel cestello della macchina del pane, ho aggiunto la mela tagliata a pezzetti piccoli, il succo di limone, lo zucchero di canna e la cannella. Ho azionato il programma "marmellata" che dura un'ora e 5 minuti. Una volta finito il ciclo ho frullato bene con il minipimer ed ho fatto ripartire ancora il tutto perché la confettura era ancora un po' troppo liquida. Terminato anche il secondo programma era perfetta. Nel frattempo ho sterilizzato i vasetti puliti mettendoli nel forno freddo e facendo cuocere a 160° per circa 30 minuti. Ho versato la marmellata nei vasetti ancora bollenti, ho chiuso con tappi nuovi ed ho capovolto fino a raffreddamento lasciandoli sotto a un panno. Ora sono in cantina in attesa di essere mangiati!!!!
